How is the security deposit processed, and will there be any additional fees on my reservation?

A pre-authorization of $300 will be charged to your credit card immediately after booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival, and a $230 damage deposit will be collected 7 days prior to your arrival. This will be refunded post-departure if no damages are found. Are there any hidden charges or resort fees that I should be aware of when booking my stay?
